This office works under the International Relations Office. The main objective of this office is to assist the foreign students who are currently studying and who are in the process of applying to study at Ondokuz Mayıs University. The office aims to meet the social and cultural needs of the students and to solve their problems related to their assimilation and studies here. It organises orientation programmes for their easy adaptation to the campus life. Further tasks of the office are to introduce the Turkish culture, traditions and our country’s social aspects to other nationalities and to attract foreign students to our university.

Any interested international student who has graduated or is expected to graduate from a High School, which is equivalent to Turkish High Schools, can apply to any of our faculty. The candidate students who do not have an internationally recognised examination result can sit for the OMÜ-YÖS: Ondokuz Mayıs University Foreign Student Entrance Exam online before coming to Türkiye and can accordingly apply to the university.
