As part of a trip organized by the Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMÜ) International Student Club, international students studying at the university visited the Ladik Ski Center in the Ladik district of Samsun.

A total of 50 international students from 27 different countries, who are continuing their education at Ondokuz Mayıs University, participated in the trip on January 19, 2026. The event provided an opportunity for students from different cultures to come together, interact socially, and get to know Samsun's natural and tourist attractions up close.

The students spent the day at the Ladik Ski Center, where they had the opportunity to try winter sports and enjoy time together. The trip aimed to increase cultural integration among international students and enrich university life outside the academic environment.

The Ondokuz Mayıs University International Student Association Board of Directors stated that similar social and cultural events will continue in the coming periods.
